Welcoming new members to the NIHR School for Public Health Research 2022-2027

The NIHR has reaffirmed its commitment to public health research by awarding a third round of funding to the NIHR School for Public Health Research (SPHR). Today we welcome two new members to the School. The University of Exeter and PHRESH a consortium from the Universities of Birmingham, Warwick and Keele .

Introducing FOR EQUITY

A new web-based platform that aims to strengthen the focus on equity in research. FOR EQUITY is a joint NIHR School for Public Health Research and ARC North West Coast resource. It provides a revised version of the Health Inequalities Assessment Tool (HIAT) an inventory of existing guidance to support research teams to apply an equity lens in their studies; and a library of resources.

Webinar – Why and how to involve people living with dementia and learning disabilities in research

The NIHR Schools for Primary Care Research, Public Health Research and Social Care Research are pleased to present the webinar series “Diversity and involvement: whom to involve?”.
